Rede — Fitness & Wellness for Women 40+

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rede. We have written them in plain language because we want you to actually understand them.

1. About Rede

Rede is a fitness and wellness platform designed for women navigating perimenopause and menopause. Our services include evidence-based workout programs, Pilates-inspired training, bone-density support, expert-led educational content, and a peer community — all accessible through our website and mobile app.

Rede is based in the United States. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Rede is incorporated.

2. Eligibility

To use Rede, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a human individual (no bots, scripts, or automated accounts)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable law

By using Rede, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above requirements. Rede reserves the right to terminate accounts that do not meet these criteria.

3. Your Account

Creating an account

To access most Rede features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@redelife.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. Rede is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

One account per person

You may not create more than one account. You may not transfer your account to another person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscription plans

Rede offers two paid subscription plans:

• Monthly subscription: billed once per month, renews automatically each month
• Annual subscription: billed once per year, renews automatically each year

Current pricing is displayed in the app and on our website at www.redelife.com. Prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change with advance notice.

Free trial

We may offer a free trial period from time to time. If you sign up for a free trial, your subscription will automatically begin at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it expires. You will not be charged during the trial period.

Automatic renewal

All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize Rede to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.

Payment

Payment is processed by a third-party payment processor. By providing your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. If your payment fails, we may suspend your access until payment is resolved.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to Rede until that date. We do not prorate partial billing periods.

Refunds

Rede evaluates refund requests on a case-by-case basis. We do not guarantee refunds but will consider them in good faith based on the circumstances. To request a refund, contact us at hello@redelife.com with your account details and the reason for your request. Refund decisions are made at Rede's sole discretion.

Note: If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refunds are governed by Apple's or Google's refund policies respectively, not ours.

Price changes

We may change subscription pricing at any time. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price increase. Your continued use of Rede after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Health and Medical Disclaimer

By using Rede, you acknowledge that:

• You participate in all physical activities at your own risk
• Rede is not responsible for any injury, illness, or health outcome resulting from use of our content or programs
• You are responsible for exercising within your own limits and modifying any activity that does not feel safe for your body
• You will seek professional medical advice when appropriate

Our medical advisor and content creators provide general guidance based on current evidence. Individual results will vary.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Rede only for its intended purpose and in a manner consistent with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to:

Account and access

• Share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account
• Create fake or misleading accounts or impersonate any person or entity
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with Rede
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or another user's account

Content and community

• Post content that is abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, or sexually explicit
• Share misinformation, particularly health misinformation that could harm other members
• Spam, solicit, or promote products, services, or third-party platforms without Rede's written permission
• Post content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others
• Share another user's private information without their consent

Technical

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Rede app
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Introduce malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Use Rede to collect information about other users without their knowledge

Rede reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, what constitutes a violation of these standards.

7. Community Guidelines and Enforcement

Rede's community exists to support women on their health journeys. We expect all members to engage with kindness, respect, and integrity. This is a judgment-free space.

What we expect

• Be respectful and supportive of other members
• Share personal experiences, not medical prescriptions — what worked for you may not work for everyone
• Protect the privacy of others — do not share another member's personal information
• Keep discussions relevant and constructive

Enforcement

Violations of our community standards will be addressed based on their severity:

• Minor violations: a warning and request to modify behavior
• Repeated or moderate violations: temporary suspension of community access
• Serious violations (harassment, hate speech, deliberate harm): immediate and permanent removal from the platform

Rede reserves the right to remove any content and take any enforcement action we deem appropriate, without prior notice. If you believe content violates our guidelines, please report it through the app.

8. Your Content

Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you post to Rede, including photos, posts, and comments. By posting content, you grant Rede a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the Rede platform for the purpose of operating and improving our services.

Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you post. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you share, and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Content removal

Rede may remove any content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines, or that we determine in our sole discretion is harmful, inappropriate, or contrary to the spirit of our community. We will not be liable to you for removing your content.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Rede — including workout programs, videos, written materials, graphics, logos, app design, and educational content — is owned by or licensed to Rede and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your subscription gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Rede content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute Rede content without our written permission
• Share login credentials to give others access to paid content
• Use Rede content for commercial purposes or resell it in any form
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

10. Third-Party Services and Links

Rede may integrate with or link to third-party services such as Apple Health, Google Fit, or payment processors. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Rede is not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of third-party services.

Your use of third-party integrations is at your own discretion and risk. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party service you connect to Rede.

11. Disclaimers

Rede is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rede disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• Our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components
• The results obtained from using Rede will meet your expectations
• Any content on Rede is accurate, complete, or up to date

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice or liability.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rede and its officers, directors, employees, advisors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

In no event shall Rede's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to Rede in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of liability. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rede and its officers, directors, employees, and advisors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of Rede or violation of these Terms
• Any content you post or share through Rede
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any harm caused by your physical activities or use of our fitness content

14. Dispute Resolution

Informal resolution

If you have a dispute with Rede, please contact us first at hello@redelife.com. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve it informally within 30 days.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Rede is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Arbitration

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, both parties agree to submit to binding individual arbitration rather than litigation in court. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. This arbitration clause does not apply to claims that qualify for small claims court.

Jurisdiction

For any matters not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the state where Rede is incorporated.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and/or through a prominent notice in the app at least 30 days before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will always be available at www.redelife.com/terms.

Your continued use of Rede after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using Rede and cancel your subscription before the effective date.

16. Termination

By you

You may stop using Rede and delete your account at any time through the app settings. Cancelling your subscription does not automatically delete your account.

By Rede

Rede may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, if your behavior is harmful to our community, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. If your account is terminated for cause, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Effect of termination

Upon termination, your right to access Rede ends immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.

17. General Provisions

• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rede regarding your use of our services.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
• No waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. Rede may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• No agency: Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Rede.
